SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting skin, subcutaneous fat layer and superficial fascia 3cm laterally upwards apart from anterosuperior iliac spine to posterior auxiliary line at the level of costal arc. Tendon fibers of musculus obliquus externus abdominis, musculus internus obliquus abdominis and musculus obliquus transversus abdominis are cut off from iliac bone crest 5 cm laterally to apart from the anterosuperior spine to the musculus quadratus lumborum attachment place. External boundary of broadest muscle of the back is brought backwards. The tendon fibers of musculus internus obliquus abdominis and musculus obliquus transversus abdominis are cut at their attachment place to the pectorolumbar fascia. Retroperitoneal space is opened and the peritoneum is taken medially aside. Lumbar vertebral bodies are subperiosteally exposed and excised. The created diastasis sizes due to vertebral resection done are measured. Transplant is taken out of iliac bone wing from the main cut. Anterior spondylodesis. EFFECT: retained blood circulation and abdominal wall muscles innervation; reduced risk of postsurgical complications. 3 dwg
