FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: one should remove intestinal fistula-carrying loop. Firstly, one should apply ileotransversoanastomosis for unilateral disengagement of fistula. In case of repeated operation, one should remove distal intestinal department together with fistula. The rest intestinal section should be connected with intestinal loop coming towards ileotransversoanastomosis. Moreover, ileoileoanastomosis is applied according to "end-to-side" type.
