PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration management information forming system for forming configuration management information for managing a configuration of a document system constructed of structured documents as components for facilitating management of numerous structured documents such as electronic application forms.

SOLUTION: A component specifying part 23 specifies a structured document as a component from files included in a file list on the basis of component specifying information. A configuration management item extraction part 25 reads a configuration management item from a storage position of the configuration management item for each of the specified structured documents. A configuration management information forming part 27 forms configuration management information including the configuration management items read according to the configuration management information form.
