<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact neutralizing device of long life capable of neutralizing the acid dew condensation water with high reliability, with a simple constitution by a simple construction method. <P>SOLUTION: This acid dew condensation water neutralizing device 15 comprises a treatment vessel 21 configurated by a guide plate 17 and a partitioning plate 18 mounted on an internal both wall faces of a casing 16, a granular basic substance 23 packed in a cartridge 22 fixed to the treatment vessel 21 and mainly composed of magnesium, and a lid 24 stacked on an upper part of the casing 16. The cartridge 22 is composed of a cup-shaped hollow body 28 having countless fine holes on its bottom plate part 27, and a top plate part 29 mounted on an upper part of the hollow body 28 and having countless fine holes. By applying this constitution, the basic substance can be placed in an internal space of the neutralizing device with the simple constitution by the simple construction method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
