PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric actuator which can prevent occurrence of migration and has superior impact resistance. SOLUTION: Since insulating oil is sealed in a metal case of the piezoelectric actuator wherein a piezoelectric actuator element is housed in the metal case, and outer leads of the piezoelectric actuator element are drawn out of the metal case while the metal case is sealed in a metallic cap, the piezoelectric actuator having superior impact resistance can be obtained without the need of an insulating protective tube.
