摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel pressure control mechanism of an inside of a vulcanizing cylinder and a pressure control method with low equipment cost, and with maintenance time and cost greatly reduced. SOLUTION: A first shutoff valve S1, a pressure adjustment valve V and a second shutoff valve S2 are fitted in turn in a supply/drain line L1 between a vulcanizing cylinder 1 and a steam source 2, and at the same time, the second shutoff valve S2 and the vulcanizing cylinder 1 as well as the first shutoff valve S1 and the pressure adjustment valve V are each connected with a bypass line L2 equipped with a third shutoff valve S3, and a drain line L3 equipped with a fourth shutoff valve S4 is made to connect the pressure adjustment valve V and the second shutoff valve S2. With this, one pressure adjustment valve will do as compared with the two needed before, which reduces equipment cost and greatly reduces time and cost needed for its maintenance.
