PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the jamming of a card at a discharge port of a card accommodating part when the operation for moving a loading space for loading the card accommodating part from an accommodating position to a drawing-out position, or the operation for moving the same from the drawing-out position to the accommodating position is performed in a card issuing device used in a gas station and the like. SOLUTION: A card 101 in the card accommodating part 53 is inclined so that a height of the card 101 in the card accommodating part 53 is increased from a depth side (b wall face) toward a discharging port 52 side of this side (a wall face) in the card accommodating part 53, whereby the jamming of the card at the discharging port 52 of the card accommodating part 53 can be prevented in the operation for moving the loading space 55 from the accommodating position to the drawing-out position, or the operation for moving the same from the drawing-out position to the accommodating position, and the reliability of the card issuing device 50 can be improved.
