PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerizable compound having an oxyalkylene group which has a low CPR and is suited in the urethane reaction, and a urethane (meth)acrylate which excels in stability and handling properties. SOLUTION: The polymerizable compound contains≥10 ppm 2,6-t-butyl-4- methylphenol, has a CPR of≤30 and a pH of 4.5-7, and is represented by formula (1): XO(AO)<SB>n</SB>H (wherein X is an acryloyl group or a methacryloyl group; AO is a 2-4C oxyalkylene group; and n is 2-100).
