PURPOSE: An interface device for a digital TV decoder is provided to implement an interface between plural system buses and a microprocessor in one. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a PCI(Peripheral Component Interconnect) interface(101), a host interface(102), an interface generator(103), an intermediation PCI interface(105), an intermediation host interface(109) and a register(107). The PCI interface(101) is connected to an external PCI bus. The host interface(102) is connected to an external host processor. The interface generator(103), connected to the PCI interface(101) and the host interface(102), performs an operation of reading or writing data. The intermediation PCI interface(105) coordinates the time when the external PCI bus gets connected to the interface generator(103). The intermediation host interface(109) coordinates the time when the host interface(102) gets connected to the interface generator(103). The register(107) stores the data according to the control of the interface generator(103).
