PURPOSE: An interactive multimedia service method is provided to offer multimedia contents, requiring an interactivity, to an interactive media, e.g. a TV or a PC, and to receive a user response and requirement from a mobile terminal via a return channel of the interactive media over a wireless LAN. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. A service system constructs multimedia contents requiring a user response or requirement(201). The service system generates interaction data, synchronized on a basis of a time, to be included in the multimedia contents(202). The system transmits the multimedia contents to an interactive media and at the same time, transmits the interaction data to a mobile terminal(203). The mobile terminal transmits a user response to a return channel of the interactive media over a wireless LAN, and then the interactive media transmits the user response to the service system(204). The contents provider makes a real time process of the user response(205).
