摘要 FIELD: proportioning of small additives; glass industry; preparation of charge for glass making. SUBSTANCE: proposed feeder has shaft on which hollow belt worm conveyer of larger diameter for coarse proportioning and spiral worm conveyer of smaller diameter for fine proportioning are mounted. Material trap made in form of hyperbolic spiral mounted on initial section of outlet branch pipe is used for stabilization of fine proportioning process. Direction of winding of belt worm conveyer of larger diameter is opposite to that of spiral worm conveyer of smaller diameter and direction of winding of material trap coincides with direction of winding of belt worm conveyer of larger diameter. Joint rotation of worm conveyers is performed in "coarse" mode in direction of winding of belt worm conveyer of larger diameter and in "fine" mode in direction of winding of spiral worm conveyer of smaller diameter. To change-over fine and coarse proportioning modes, operation of electric drive shall be reversed. EFFECT: simplified control system; increased productivity at preset accuracy of proportioning. 4 dwg
