<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform the reception service at a shop. <P>SOLUTION: A counter terminal is installed in the shop, the counter terminal and an employee terminal selected by an employee terminal selecting means are connected by a communicating means, and the employee operating the employee terminal makes action to a visitor. The selection of the employee terminal is performed on the basis of a visiting time zone, a position of a counter, a language used by the visitor who desires to receive the service at the counter, a visiting record of the visitor, the personal information of the visitor, a position of the employee, a working time zone of the employee, a language used by the employee, the working record of the employee, and the personal information of the employee. Whereby the proper action, the proper selection of the employee, and reduction of employment cost can be realized.
