FIELD: medicine, veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with certain stable compositions of vaccines containing macrocyclic lactone, compounds of milbemycin, compounds of avermectin or their mixtures, at least, one antigen, dispergator, adjuvant, water-soluble organic solvent and saline solution or water or their mixtures. The present innovation, also, deals with stable above-mentioned compositions, macrocyclic lactone, compounds of milbemycin, compounds of avermectin or their mixtures, but antigen-free ones. Innovation, also, deals with the method to prevent or regulate helmithiasis and bacterial and viral diseases in warm-blooded animals due to parenteral injection of the compositions suggested. It, also, deals with the method to obtain such compositions. Innovation provides availability of stable and efficient vaccines at prolonged expiry date. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 15 cl, 4 ex, 10 tbl
