COLOR FILTER, REFLECTION PLATE AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY ELEMENT USING THE COLOR FILTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bright defect caused by an alignment defect at an edge part of an open portion of a color filter with the open portion.

SOLUTION: The excellent color filter without any alignment defect at the open portion is provided by using a resin with a melting property or a resin with a small taper angle generated in patterning at the open portion so as to heighten a levelling effect in color resists constituting the color filter.
