PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service provision assistance system which reduces the economical burden on a service provided person when service is provided and provides the service for many unspecified persons.

SOLUTION: A charge bundle includes a use state detecting process of detecting the use state of a charge bundle adaptive device 300, a charge calculation process of calculating a use charge according to the use state, and a charge report process of reporting the use charge to a charge bundle management server 200. The charge bundle management server 200 generates a charge bundle at a request from a service providing terminal 100, sends the charge bundle to the charge bundle adaptive device 300, and performs a charging process of charging the use charge reported from the charge bundle to a service provider. The charge bundle adaptive device 300 when receiving the charge bundle constitutes the use state detecting process, charge calculation process, and charge reporting process according to the charge bundle.
