PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a new method for easily disassembling an image display apparatus. SOLUTION: The image display apparatus is constituted by adhering an image display unit 1 and a support member 3 supporting the image display unit 1 by an adhesive member 2. A process for separating the image display unit 1 from the support member 3 is provided with a process for inserting a substance (a cutoff part 12 for cutting off the adhesive member 2) between the image display unit 1 and the support member 3.
