PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unauthorized access prevention program available for operating unauthorized access prevention processing via a network and capable of lowering a work load of a manager and effectively and efficiently protecting a plurality of sites protected by a plurality of protection means. SOLUTION: Information about unauthorized access detected by any detection means is received by a management means connected to a plurality of protection means and detection means via a network, and on the basis of the information, the protection means operate a countermeasure against the unauthorized access. By this unauthorized access prevention program, contents of the protection countermeasure are decided for each of the protection means, and processing of instructing the respective protection means to operate the decided protection countermeasure is carried out.
