PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humor test unit capable of preventing test from both becoming impossible to execute and requiring a long time due to lack of oxygen supply for a reagent housed in a sealed container. SOLUTION: In the humor test unit 10, the reagent for testing humors is housed in the sealed container constituted of, for example, an outer tube 11 and an inner tube 21 in such a way that the reagent, for example, adheres to a reagent layer 24. A hole 26 capable of introducing air to the inside of the container from the outside is formed in a part of the sealed container, and a seal member 27 for closing the hole 26 is attached to the part.
