PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keyboard device easy to carry, easy to key and easy to use, and an electronic apparatus equipped with the keyboard device. SOLUTION: A keyboard device 20 includes a base 21, and two split bodies 22, 23 composing a single keyboard as a whole, in a state with flat plane shapes of the bodies 22, 23 showing approximately a rectangle shape and align with a long length in a lateral direction by bringing mutual short sides of the bodies 22, 23 into contact by a sliding operation and a rotation operation from a state that mutual long sides of the bodies 22, 23 are contacted to align laterally on the base 21. The base 21 of the keyboard device 20 is assembled to an electronic apparatus, in such a manner that the base 21 can be pulled from an apparatus body 10 and stored into the apparatus body 10 by the sliding operation.
