PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall surface panel and a wall surface constructing method, which allow easy smoothing of an uneven surface and which prevent the production of dust, etc., in treatment. SOLUTION: Characteristically, a thickening coating 11, into which a grain material such as stones, sand, glass, a resin or ceramic is mixed, is applied to a wall surface of a building, a top surface thereof, a floor surface thereof or the like; a sheet 15 is stuck on the coating 11; a roller 16 is rolled on the sheet 15, so that a sheet-side surface of the coating 11 can be flattened; and after that, the sheet 15 is removed.
