PURPOSE: A character offering method and its computer readable media is provided to offer characters of cars over a cyber space, and to construct a virtual car community by using the characters of cars. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. A member inputs an ID and a password at an index page of a service web site, and a central processor of the web site checks the input ID and password(S12). The central processor receives a signal for requesting the cash charge of a character of a car(S14). The central processor transmits a payment method to a member terminal, and receives the payment method data from the member terminal(S16). Then, the processor checks if the member pays the cash charge of the character of the car(S18). If the payment is completed, the processor charges the cash for the character of the car corresponding to the payment amount, and then updates a character cash management database(S20).
