FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has artificial cornea, lens and retina tightly connected to each other. The retina is a matrix of artificial photosensitive elements like charge-coupled devices on metal-dielectric-semiconductor base arranged in focal plane of the lens. The photosensitive elements matrix is electrically connected to reader and transformer units connected to power supply source.
