<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sound quality while preventing the complexity of a circuit or the like. <P>SOLUTION: Audio data signals DL, DR, and DC with a sampling frequency of 96 kHz and audio data signals DSW, DSL, and DSR with a sampling frequency of 48 kHz are outputted from an audio data signal output circuit 51. The audio data signals DL, DR, and DC with the sampling frequency of 96 kHz are inputted to a digital signal output circuit 54 through a delay circuit part 71A.
