<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active matrix substrate, which is formed at low cost by a selective transfer method on a low heat-resistant substrate, such as a plastic board or the like and having a performance equivalent to a prior art or more and to provide a method for manufacturing the same and a display unit. <P>SOLUTION: The active matrix substrate comprises the substrate (105), an adhesion layer (106) provided on the substrate, made of an organic resin and including an oblique part, having a taper angle smaller than 90° with respect to the main surface of the substrate partly on at least a side face, a thin-film active element (102) provided on the adhesion layer, and connecting wirings (107) connected to the active element and extended to the substrate via the oblique part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
