PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the estimate precision of the man-hour of the operation for fitting option articles to a completed vehicle.
SOLUTION: Man-hour data 100a, etc., are registered in a database by combinations of types of vehicles to be fitted and kinds of option articles to be fitted thereto. In the individual man-hour data 100a, operation man-hours are set by the sections of a preprocess, an actual operation process, and a postprocess. The preprocess and postprocess are operations for preparations and restoration needed to actually fit the articles such as attachment and detachment of an instrumental panel. As for the preprocess and postprocess, operation kind codes corresponding to the kinds of the respective operations are registered. When the total man-hour of option article fitting is estimated as to one vehicle, man-hour data 100a, etc., on the respective fitted articles are retrieved and the man-hours of the respective processes included therein are totaled. Here, when there are common operation kind codes in the man-hour data 100a of the respective articles, only data having the largest man-hour is added to the total.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
