<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp a formation method for facilitate edition when a file formed by complicated processing using multiple functions is used by another user. <P>SOLUTION: In this file processing device 10, an object setting part 18 designates an objective file from a file accumulation part 12, and an operation execution part 16 executes operation on the objective file according to a command obtained by an operation receipt part 14 from an operator. This operation procedure is recorded by a recording part 20 to be included in the objective file. A record extraction part 24 reads the operation procedure from the objective file, and a disclosure determination part 26 determines whether the operation procedure is disclosed to a viewer or not according to a disclosure condition stored in a condition maintaining part 28.
