<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem where it is required to design a roller bearing such as a taper-roller bearing, etc., to be used under a high load condition to improve strength and rigidity by increasing product dimensions larger (thicker) and complicating a product shape in case of adopting a synthetic resin holder to it, but that cooling speed to cool and harden a resin material upon injection molding easily become non-uniform and consequently void and a space (cavity) of air bubbles, etc., grow in the inside of the holder and cause lowering of the strength of the holder. <P>SOLUTION: In this synthetic resin made holder to be used for the roller bearing of the taper-roller bearing, etc., the cooling speed is constant at each of portions upon molding a product, growth of the void, the air bubbles, etc., are prevented, and the strength of the holder is improved by providing thinned parts on an annular part and a support part, reducing thickness and making thickness parts uniform. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
