PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fixing heating body of which heating width is easily changed, which has excellent temperature rise performance, which is easily manufactured and at a low cost. SOLUTION: The fixing heating body is provided with a first electrode film layer 31 having a substrate 1, a resistive film layer 4 and a connection part area 311 along a paper feed direction at the center part of a width direction of the resistive film layer 4 and electrically connected with the resistive film layer 4, second electrode film layers 32 along the paper feed direction at both end parts in the width direction of the resistive film layer 4 and having connection part areas electrically connected with the resistive film layer respectively, a fist power supply electrode 51 electrically connected with the first electrode film layer 31, second power supply electrodes 52 electrically connected with each of the second electrode film layer 32 and insulation films 21, 22 that mutually insulate them at parts except electrically connected parts.
