PURPOSE: Torque increase structure of a manual transmission is provided to prevent a gear from coming out of a shaft and the gear from idling by excessive transfer torque, although increasing the capacity of the transmission. CONSTITUTION: In torque increase structure of a manual transmission, a clutch housing(1), in which a main drive(3) is rotatably installed, is formed and a transformer case(5) is formed to a side of the clutch housing. In the inner middle part of the transformer case, a main shaft(10), to which change gears(7) are installed, is connected with a side of the main drive. Key grooves(100) are formed to each contacting surface of a count shaft(20), a 3-stage gear(40), and a 4-stage gear(50), to strongly contacting with each other. A key(110) is inserted in the key hole. |
