INTERACTIVE MULTIMEDIA SERVICE METHOD USING WIRELESS COMMUNICATION TERMINAL AS RETURN CHANNEL OF INTERACTIVE MULTIMEDIA MEDIUM

PURPOSE: An interactive multimedia service method using a wireless communication terminal as the return channel of an interactive multimedia medium is provided to communicate a user's reaction or requirements by transmitting multimedia information, requiring interactivity, to a wireless communication terminal through an interactive multimedia medium in real time when the interactive multimedia information is provided to an interactive multimedia medium. CONSTITUTION: An information provider configures multimedia information requiring interactivity for contents(201) and transmits it to a multimedia information providing system. The multimedia information providing system broadcasts the interactive multimedia information to a multimedia medium for many and unspecified persons(202). If a user inputs the number of his wireless communication terminal directly to the multimedia medium, the inputted number is transferred to the information provider(203). The information provider transmits interactive multimedia information to the inputted number in real time(204), and receives the user's reaction or requirements through the wireless communication terminal in real time(205). Then the information provider processes the user's reaction or requirements(206) and transmits a processed result to the multimedia medium or the wireless communication terminal(207).
