PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder lock which is made more resistant to an illegal breaking operation. SOLUTION: In this cylinder lock, a rotor 2 is rotatably inserted into a cylinder case 1; relative rotation of the rotor 2 with respect to the cylinder case 1 is permitted or prohibited by a position of a tumbler 3, operated by an unlocking key, in the rotor 2; the rotor 2 is provided with a swelling head part 5 which is supported on a head-part supporting wall 4 of the cylinder case 1 so as to be prevented from being disconnected backward; and a tapered part 7, whose diameter is gradually made smaller toward a back end of a general shaft part 6, is formed in a boundary between the head part 5 and the shaft part 6.
