PURPOSE: A sealing postcard type giro form using A4 paper and a use method thereof are provided to reduce a print cost of the giro form and improve the convenience of printing by printing the giro form and a postcard envelope at the same time. CONSTITUTION: The A4 paper is disposed so that the left lower apex of the A4 paper concords with the left lower apex of a giro request(220) the when the long side of the A4 paper is positioned in a horizontal direction. Then, a giro receipt(210) is disposed from the left edge of the A4 paper in adjacent to the upper edge of the giro request. and on the other hand, a giro notice(230) is disposed from the lower edge of the A4 paper in adjacent to the right edge of the giro request. Also, a cover sheet(240) having a same size with the giro notice is disposed in adjacent to the upper edge of the giro notice and the right edge of the giro request.
