<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce suitable articles by purchase-considering persons. <P>SOLUTION: A web server 12 receives a reply to a questionnaire from a customer who has bought an article each time the article is bought on the web and registers the purchased article and the questionnaire result regarding the article in a questionnaire DB 14d while correlating them with each other. When an article is introduced to a customer who is considering purchase of an article, the web server 12 receives a questionnaire result after sending a questionnaire to a client PC 40 of the customer, extracts articles corresponding to the questionnaire result from the questionnaire DB 14d, and introduces to the customer an article that the largest number of persons register among the extracted articles. Thus, the article extracted from the questionnaire DB 14d according to the questionnaire result of the purchase-considering person is an article that a buyer who answered a similar questionnaire in the past has actually bought, so the article is considered to be suitable to the purchase- considering person. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
