PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity sample lighting system capable of improving the brightness of a commodity sample by effectively using the illumination light, and contributing on energy saving. SOLUTION: This commodity sample lighting system is provided with a transmission-type diffraction grating structure 102 for deflecting the light irradiating the inside of the commodity sample 100 to a front part (customer side) of the commodity sample 100.
