PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix an orthogonal speed reducer to an installing object such as a floor by using an installing hole of a torque arm, and using a leg member being a separate member. SOLUTION: This leg member 60 has a base body 62, and two erecting leg parts 64 and 66. The erecting leg parts 64 and 66 are erected at a right angle at an interval WB from the base body 62, and can respectively sandwich both an output surface 40 and a back face 41 of a gear box (a speed reducer body) 21B.
