PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eave soffit panel for a stairhall by which a boundary wall of an attic space formed above the eave soffit panel body of a stairhall can be easily fitted. SOLUTION: The eave soffit panel for a stairhall is provided with an eave soffit panel body 20a arranged upward of an forwardly opened stairhall 14 of a residence and a boundary wall support bracket 25 supporting the lower part of the attic boundary wall 19 is provided in the upper face of the eave soffit panel body 20a in the eave soffit panel for the stairhall.
