PURPOSE:To more earlier reduce and converge vibration generated at a stepping motor at the time of stop of rotation by outputting an excitation command to the stepping motor in combination of a microstep control system and a PWM control system until it is switched to an excitation command output of a target excitation phase when the stepping motor is stopped. CONSTITUTION:When the rotation of a stepping motor is stopped in an excitation phase 5, its period is gradually increased to an excitation phase 4, an excitation command output is updated to a predetermined value, but after the excitation command output of the excitation phase 4 is finished, the excitation command output of the phase 5 is not immediately output, but an excitation command output by the combination of a microstep control and a PWM control is first output. In this combination, with the microstep control as a base the excitation command output of the phase 5 is first output for a short time, the excitation command output immediately before it, i.e., the excitation command output of the phase 4 is output for a relatively long period of time, and the excitation command output is thereafter varied as shown. |
