FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: one should inject medicinal mixture paravenously along area of defected vein. Mixture consists of novocaine 2% 10 ml, heparin 5 000 U, dimedrol 1% 4 ml, bicillin-5-1 500 000 U, eufillin 24% 1 ml. The present method decreases the risk for tissue infection in injection area, interrupts inflammation of venous wall and thromboformation. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 1 ex |
