PURPOSE:To form a bonding surface having high strength by forming a primary molded product and subsequently supplying an adhesive to the bonding surface of the primary molded product becoming the boundary part with a secondary molded product to mold the secondary molded product. CONSTITUTION:For example, when a magnetic tape cassette 10 is molded, respective slide cores 40a, 40b are positioned at the parts corresponding to window parts 11a, 11b and the first molten resin is injected in a cavity 31 from a submarine gate 32 to mold cassette halves 3a, 3b. After the first resin is solidified, an adhesive S is injected in the cavity in a predetermined amount under pressure through pipes 50, 51 and pipelines 41a, 41b to be applied to the bonding surfaces of the window parts 11a, 11b. Next, the slide cores 40a, 40b are moved in the direction shown by an arrow A to a position where the upper end surfaces 42 thereof coincide with the inner surface wall of a case to form a cavity 33 and the second transparent resin is injected from direct gates 23a, 23b to form the window parts 11a, 11b. Thereafter, when a molded product is taken out of molds 20, 21, the adhesive S is cured by ultraviolet rays through the window parts 11a, 11b to perform bonding. |
