<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of preventing the stagnation of read processing. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic settlement system server 1 is provided with read processing means (11 and 13) for performing processing to transmit information associated with a document to be read to the reader of the document, and to make a terminal to be used by the reader display the document to be read in response to a request from the terminal as read processing. Also, this system server is provided with a read control part 14 which decides whether or not the reader at the origin of information is set as a person belonging to a group at receiving the information from the terminal which has displayed the document to be read in the read processing, and at obtaining a positive decision result, makes a reading processing means end the reading processing.
