<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting device for peer-to-peer communication between information processing devices. <P>SOLUTION: The information processing device A requires P2P (peer-to-peer) communication from the information processing device B for establishing connection (S31, S41). The information processing devices A and B form list of message files stored by the respective devices to transmit them to a support server 5 (S32, S42). The support server 5 compares the received message file lists mutually (S51) and forms a differential list between them to transmit it to the information processing devices A and B (S52). In formation of the differential list, various services such as a translation service can be added. On the basis of the differential list, the information processing devices A and B extract their individual differential data (S33, S34).
