<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a history managing device in a call processing system in which communication history is acquired without depending upon a communication mode and the situation of call processing is easily grasped. <P>SOLUTION: This history managing device in a call processing system comprises a call managing part 31 and a log managing part 32. The call managing part 31 abstracts a message from at least one call processing signal among a call request, a call approval, an incoming request, an incoming approval exchanged between terminals performing communication through a network and generates a communication log from which a status is removed. The log managing part 32 stores the generated communication log in a log DB 33 provided independently of the system, analyzes a communication situation from the stored communication log and acquires call originating/call receiving history. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
