摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a near-field photoexcited SQUID microscope apparatus whose spatial resolution is on a nanometer scale. SOLUTION: The near-field photoexcited SQUID microscope apparatus is provided with a near-field optical probe (30) which is arranged near a sample (2) and by which near-field light emitted from its tip by light from a light source is made to act on the sample, a SQUID (superconducting quantum interference device) (40) used to detect a change in a magnetic field in a sample region on which the near-field light acts, and a scanning means (13) used to relatively move a near-field light action point on the surface of the sample.
