PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control abnormal fluctuation of the brine sump level caused by the fluctuation of an operational point of a first brine pump and to stabilize the brine circulation in a conventional continuous cooling and freezing device. SOLUTION: A circuit of a brine pump separately comprises a circuit to circulate the brine between a lower tank and an upper brine sump, and a circuit for cooling the brine. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
