PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the easiness of handling by preventing a heating by a heating means from being excessively continued to prevent a heating by the heating means from being stopped before cooking is completed. SOLUTION: A control means H is formed so as to perform a heating stop condition setting processing for setting heating stop conditions based on information detected by a temperature detection means R when a cooking container is heated by the heating means 1 and, when the heating stop conditions set by the execution of the heating stop condition setting processing are satisfied, to perform a heating stop processing to stop a heating by the heating means 1. When a rapid temperature drop state in which a temperature detected by the temperature detection means R is lowers beyond a set lowering temperature in a set time is present in the heating stop condition set processing, heating stop conditions for fried matter are set as heating stop conditions. When the rapid temperature drop state is not present and the temperature detected by the temperature detection means R is the same or in the state of equilibrium in which the same temperature is continued, heating stop conditions for cooked matter are set as the heating stop conditions.
