PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an air-cooled heat exchanger for radiation, of a simple structure capable of being suitably matched to a structure of a sterling refrigerator. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger for radiation 29 has a heat exchange cylinder 37 provided with a radiation fin 36 on its outer face, a working medium passes through a working medium channel 40 for radiation, and the heat of the working medium is radiated to the outside air from the radiation fin 36. A compression cylinder 17 and an expansion cylinder 18 are air-cooled from the periphery by a radiation fin 41 formed on an outer surface of a part 42 of a cylinder block 15. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
