PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen an energy loss by changing the situation of the rotation of a crank shaft and a flywheel mounted on it and reducing the inertia resistance of the flywheel accompanying the sudden acceleration of the rotating speed of the crank shaft, that is, the sudden increase of the engine output, when the rotating speed of the crank shaft is suddenly accelerated. SOLUTION: A coupling which cancels both coupling state when the rotating speed of the crank shaft is suddenly accelerated, and makes both into the coupling state otherwise, is provided between the crank shaft 1 and the flywheel 2 mounted on it. A pair of torque meters are provided in the front and rear from the position transmitting the rotation to the flywheel on the crank shaft as the coupling, a rotation speed meter is installed on the crank shaft, and an electromagnetic clutch arranged so that the operation is controlled based on the product of the difference of torque value detected with the two torque meters and the rotating speed, can be used.
