MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SUPERFINE PHOSPHOROUS-TUNGSTEN FIBER

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of superfine phosphorous-tungsten fiber having under 1000nm of diameter and having high specific surface is characterized by using an electric spinning method. The fiber is useful for a catalyst holder, a reinforcement and a coating material. CONSTITUTION: The superfine phosphorous-tungsten fiber is obtained by the steps of: mixing and reacting heteropolyacid with a thermoplastic resin solution to manufacture a reaction solution; electric-spinning the solution on condition of high voltage to manufacture composite fiber; and then carbonizing or eluting the thermoplastic resin of the composite fiber.
