PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin-shaped cell of which, positive and negative electrode terminals are connected to a base board of a device without using a leaf-shaped terminal or a cell holder. SOLUTION: A case is formed together with a negative electrode case and a packing, and an opening part of a positive electrode case in which, an electricity generating element is housed, is made to protrude upward upper than a central flat part of the negative electrode case, and a plurality of notches are formed to the opening part at regular intervals, and the top end part of the notched parts are bent toward outside of the cell. By the above structure, when the cell is mounted to a device and pressed in the direction of the thickness of the case, the opening parts of the positive electrode case are widened outward caused by the widening of the notched part, and the cases functioning as the positive and negative electrode terminals are made to contact with the base plate of the device in a same manner.
