POLYURETHANE COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new polyurethane composition with reduced content of a solvent of≤20 wt.% and having releasability from a mold and adhesive performance with a polyurethane foam pad. SOLUTION: The polyurethane composition is formulated with at least an isocyanate compound (A), a polyol (B) and an internal release agent (C) of a specified structure and contains≤20 wt.% solvent in the composition, where the content of the (C) is 0.01 to 10 mass% to the total mass of the (A), (B) and (C). The polyurethane composition has releasability from the mold and adhesive performance with the polyurethane foam pad in spite of low solvent content. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
